Welcome to Moji, A Bang Salon. We’re just as excited you’re here as we are to be here. It’s been an amazing journey getting to this point and we’re thrilled to share more of our story with you.
We are a culmination of inspiration, expert training and providential timing.
Moji is owned by the incredible and phenomenally talented, Stacy Kelley.
Stacy has known since high school that she wanted to be a stylist. It was during this time that she first discovered her passion for styling, as she helped friends fashion their hair for Homecoming, Prom and various other special events. The ability for an incredible hairstyle to provide confidence and transform a look excited her.
Since her early days as a professional stylist, Stacy had a dream to run her own salon, but it wasn’t until her husband, Chris’, life-altering accident in 2012 that the reality of this dream seemed within reach. During the days and months of Chris’ recovery from a diving accident, she spent many hours at Craig Hospital’s Outpatient facility and quickly noticed a lack of quality amenities, such as salons, near the hospital. Her dream of owning a salon was revived and it wasn’t long before she found an ideal salon location within walking distance of the hospital doors. Her dream was quickly becoming a reality. The space was secured and the transformation began, with Stacy’s love of modern architecture and sustainable design, it was clear that it would be a perfectly appointed salon. She gleaned inspiration from Elison’s Workshop and Pepper Pastor and in just a matter of months, in April of 2014, the doors of Moji , A Bang Salon officially opened. From the moment you walk through Moji’s doors you will feel the passion and excitement for hair design and a first class experience. Come see for yourself, you won’t be disappointed.
